Lovely Life Care is looking for an experienced and responsible Nursing Supervisor to join our home healthcare team.

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage nursing staff and patient care activities.
- Coordinate daily nursing operations and staff assignments.
- Monitor the quality of patient care and ensure proper service delivery.
- Handle staff coordination and patient-related concerns.
- Maintain positive communication with patients and their families.

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in nursing supervision and staff management.
- Ability to manage and coordinate a healthcare team.
