Key Duties and Responsibilities

- 2D Drafting & 3D Modeling: Produce detailed site plans, floor layouts, cross-sections, and profiles for roads, bridges, drainage systems, and buildings using tools like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit.
- Translating Engineering Data: Convert engineer sketches, field survey data, and redline markups into accurate, scale-compliant technical documentation.
- Design Coordination & Clash Detection: Work closely with civil engineers, structural designers, and architects to align models and spot interference before construction starts. ]
- Code & Standard Compliance: Ensure all drawings follow local building codes,



safety regulations, and government infrastructure specifications.
- Revisions & Updates: Modify existing drawings to reflect changes in project scope, site constraints, or client feedback.
- Quantity Takeoffs & Estimation: Assist in extracting material quantities, dimensions, and specifications to support cost estimation and bill of quantities (BOQ) preparation.
- Documentation & Version Control: Maintain organized digital libraries of design files, revision histories, and technical submittals.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
