- To prepare a checklist for cleaning schedules with details on area and frequency of cleaning to ensure the highest standards of hygiene.
- Maintain previous Hygiene Audit Reports and rectify discrepancies, if any.
- Co-ordinate with Q.A Manager of other units regarding airline audits, Supplier audits, Process enhancement and HACCP.
- Responsible for Washing department.
- Ensure monitoring of the expenditure budget of all the cleaning supplies and chemicals.
- Ensure all temperatures and processing records are maintained and monitor the same.
- Monitor all Food, Water and Ice Cubes reports.
- Monitoring the swab tests of equipments, linen and food handlers.
- Ensuring analysis report of food, water and ice cubes are sent to airline officials.
