Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the NVOCC and freight forwarding segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers, freight forwarders, and key decision-makers.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Prepare and present competitive quotations and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate rates and terms with customers in alignment with company guidelines.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
- Maintain an updated database of prospects and existing clients using CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as defined by the management.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions,



and industry events to promote the company’s services.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in NVOCC sales.
- Robust understanding of ocean freight, containerized cargo, and global trade dynamics.
- Existing client base in shipping or freight forwarding is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
