- Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance of lifts and elevators.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical control panels, motors, drives, wiring, and safety circuits.
- Inspect and maintain mechanical components such as guide rails, pulleys, bearings, rollers, doors, and suspension systems.
- Identify and rectify electrical and mechanical faults.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Attend lift breakdowns and emergency maintenance complaints.
- Check lift levelling, door operation, cabin movement, and safety devices.
- Read and understand electrical wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings.
- Replace defective electrical and mechanical components.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and functional testing.
- Maintain service reports, breakdown records, and maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with the supervisor and other technical staff.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
