Job Title: Vice President Projects (Buildings & Infrastructure)

Reporting To: Business Unit Head / Director

1. Job Purpose To provide strategic and operational leadership for the end-to-end execution of large-scale building and infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, quality, safety, client satisfaction and overall project profitability.

The role will be responsible for driving project execution excellence, strengthening client relationships, managing commercial and contractual obligations, and ensuring effective project governance across multiple project locations. The position requires extensive experience in construction management, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement and leadership of large multidisciplinary teams.

2. Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Project Execution & Delivery: Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale building and infrastructure projects, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, quality standards, safety requirements and contractual commitments from project mobilization through completion and handover.
2. Strategic & Commercial Management: Drive commercial and operational excellence through effective contract management, cost optimization, resource planning, project controls, billing, claims management, risk mitigation and enhancement of overall project profitability.
3. Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Provide strategic leadership to project teams across multiple locations, manage relationships with clients, consultants, PMCs and other stakeholders, and ensure effective coordination, project governance and continuous performance improvement.

3. Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).




- Master's Degree / M.Tech / MBA in Projects or Construction Management / NICMAR (Preferred).

Professional Experience

- Minimum 28+ years of overall experience in the construction and infrastructure industry.
- Extensive experience in Buildings, Commercial, Residential, Industrial, Institutional, Urban Infrastructure or EPC projects.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in senior project management and execution leadership positions.
- Proven track record of managing large-value projects, multiple project locations and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong exposure to project planning, execution, contracts, commercial management, client coordination and project profitability.
