18-24 Months Experience: Up to 4.4 LPA

Less than 18 Months Experience: 4.2 LPA - 3.9 LPA

(Based on Interview & Experience)

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through chat support.
- Provide prompt and accurate resolutions.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain quality and productivity standards.
