Kuchin Offshore Staffings is looking for an experienced Virtual Medical Assistant to work with a US-based outpatient Internal Medicine and Cardiology practice.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming patient calls.
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
Follow up on cancellations and missed appointments.
Coordinate prescription refill requests under physician-approved protocols.
Handle prior authorizations for outside medical services.
Update patient information and maintain administrative records.
Work with the eClinicalWorks (eCW) EHR system.
Requirements
Previous experience in US healthcare operations.
Hands-on eClinicalWorks experience.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Experience with medical front-office operations.
Positive patient communication and telephone etiquette.
Ability to work independently during US business hours.
Willingness to work the night shift from India.
