ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Videographer & Photographer to handle on-ground video and photography assignments across our senior living communities and project locations. The candidate will work closely with the creative team to execute shoots based on briefs, concepts and directions provided.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Execute video and photography shoots across Primus Senior Living locations as per the creative team's direction.
- Handle camera operations, framing, lighting, composition and camera movements.
- Set up, balance, calibrate and operate gimbals to capture smooth, secure footage.
- Capture high-quality photographs alongside video assignments.
- Shoot interviews, resident stories, events, lifestyle content, property walkthroughs and brand films.
- Follow creative briefs and deliver quality footage within agreed timelines.
- Share creative inputs and visual suggestions wherever relevant.
- Handle basic colour grading and, preferably,



video editing.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- 2–4+ years of professional videography and photography experience.
- Must own a video-compatible camera capable of shooting high-quality footage, preferably 4K, along with essential shooting equipment.
- Good knowledge of gimbal setup, balancing, calibration and operation.
- Understanding of camera settings, lighting, framing and composition.
- Good photography skills and an eye for detail.
- Knowledge of colour grading.
- Willingness to travel to different project locations for on-ground shoot assignments.

GOOD TO HAVE
- Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro).
- Own tripod and additional shooting accessories.
- Experience shooting interviews, events, lifestyle content and brand films.
