About the Role

GramNect is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Videographer & Content Creator to join our Social Media & Marketing Team in Pune, Maharashtra.

At GramNect, we are building a platform that connects India's village-made products, traditional flavours and local craftsmanship directly with consumers across the country.

In this role, you will be responsible for capturing, producing and editing engaging visual content that communicates our brand story, showcases our products and strengthens our digital presence across social media platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a passion for visual storytelling, hands-on camera experience and an understanding of social media content trends.

Success in this role means consistently creating high-quality, engaging visual content, delivering creative campaigns on time and helping GramNect build a strong and recognizable brand identity.

Responsibilities

- Plan, shoot and produce high-quality videos and photographs for Instagram, YouTube and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging Instagram Reels, promotional videos, product videos and brand storytelling content.
- Operate DSLR, mirrorless cameras and other professional video equipment.
- Manage lighting, camera angles, framing, composition and audio during shoots.
- Capture product photography, food shoots, behind-the-scenes footage, events and brand activities.




- Edit and deliver professional-quality videos using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut.
- Collaborate with the marketing and social media team to develop creative concepts and execute content strategies.
- Research trending formats, transitions, editing styles and social media trends.
- Maintain organized video footage, project files and content assets.
- Ensure timely delivery of creative assets while maintaining brand quality and consistency.

Qualifications

- 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in videography, photography or video content creation.
- Practical knowledge of DSLR, mirrorless cameras and professional video equipment.
- Good understanding of lighting, framing, composition and visual storytelling.
- Hands-on experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut.
- Ability to create engaging short-form videos and social media content.
- Creative mindset with robust attention to visual details.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple creative tasks and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio or previous work samples demonstrating videography and editing skills is preferred.
