Key Responsibilities

- Video Editing & Production
- Edit short-form videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos.
- Create engaging videos for brand awareness, service promotions, and marketing campaigns.
- Edit raw footage into compelling stories with appropriate transitions, effects, music, and animations.
- Add subtitles, text overlays, voiceovers, and motion graphics wherever required.

Social Media Content

- Create engaging video content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Develop creative video formats based on current social media trends.
- Adapt video content to different platform specifications and formats.
- Work on customer testimonials, service demonstrations, behind-the-scenes videos, and promotional campaigns.

Creative Collaboration

- Work closely with the marketing and social media teams to understand campaign objectives.
- Convert creative briefs and content ideas into visually appealing videos.
- Suggest innovative video concepts to improve audience engagement.
- Coordinate during shoots and assist in planning video content.

Brand Consistency

- Maintain consistency in visual identity, typography, colours, and overall brand communication.
- Ensure all videos align with Fixzy's brand positioning and marketing objectives.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
- Basic knowledge of After Effects and motion graphics is an advantage.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media video formats.
- Knowledge of transitions, colour correction, sound design, and video storytelling.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and execute them independently.
- Awareness of current social media trends and content formats.
- Basic photography and videography skills will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Creative mindset with a strong visual sense.
- Good storytelling and content execution skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Willingness to experiment with new content styles and formats.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous editing work is mandatory.
