Job Summary The Vice President will be responsible for driving business growth, overseeing project operations, managing key client relationships, developing business opportunities, and ensuring effective delivery of IT infrastructure, hardware support, and Facility Management Services (FMS) across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop business strategies to achieve organisational growth and revenue targets.

2. Identify new business opportunities, acquire clients, and expand existing business relationships.

3. Manage key client relationships and handle major customer escalations.

4. Oversee IT infrastructure, hardware support, AMC, technical support, and FMS operations.

5. Monitor project execution, service quality, SLA compliance, and operational performance.

6. Lead and guide project managers, regional managers, team leaders, and technical teams.

7. Participate in client meetings, business negotiations, tenders, and commercial discussions.

8. Ensure effective resource utilisation, project profitability, and timely service delivery.

9. Monitor operational performance and submit business reports to the Managing Director.

10. Identify opportunities for operational improvements and business expansion.

Technical Knowledge & Skills





- Robust knowledge of computer hardware, desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and IT peripherals.

- Understanding of hardware troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and replacement.

- Knowledge of networking, LAN/WAN, IT infrastructure deployment, and AMC operations.

- Ability to oversee multi-location technical support and hardware service operations.

Language Requirements

- Hindi: Fluency is mandatory.

- English: Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Tamil: Proficiency is mandatory.

- Malayalam: Knowledge will be an added advantage.
