Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced skilled to lead Treasury Back Office operations as a managerial position within the Finance Centre of Excellence.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Treasury Operations, Banking Operations or Finance Shared Services, along with hands-on SAP experience and proven team management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage Treasury Back Office operations.
- Oversee settlements, reconciliations, trade finance, foreign exchange (FX), borrowings and payments.
- Manage treasury accounting and reporting activities.
- Ensure accuracy, efficiency and compliance across treasury operations.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.




- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and banking partners.
- Manage and guide the team to ensure timely delivery of operational activities.
- Leverage SAP for treasury and finance-related operations.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8–12 years of relevant experience in Treasury Back Office / Treasury Operations / Banking Operations / Finance Shared Services.
- Mandatory hands-on SAP experience.
- Strong exposure to settlements and reconciliations.
- Experience in Trade Finance, FX, borrowings, payments, accounting and reporting.
- Proven team management and leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of treasury operations and financial processes.
