Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Project Delivery

- Oversee and guide project teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, from design coordination and planning to installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Translate overall project objectives into transparent execution plans, ensuring timely completion within approved budgets and agreed deliverables.
- Drive clarity, coordination, and accountability across functions.
- Ensure effective communication and proactive identification and resolution of project-related issues.

1. Technical & Operational Oversight

- Lead technical planning and execution reviews to ensure layouts, service drawings, and site preparations align with project requirements.
- Review and approve key design and technical decisions in consultation with internal design and engineering teams.
- Monitor on-site project progress through structured reporting and review mechanisms.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.

1. Budgeting & Cost Control

- Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, cost plans, and manpower requirements.
- Track project costs and variations, ensuring timely identification and escalation of potential budget overruns or schedule delays.
- Coordinate with the Procurement team for vendor finalisation, commercial negotiations, payment terms, and quality assurance.
- Ensure optimum utilisation of resources while maintaining project cost efficiency.

1. Stakeholder Management

- Represent the Projects function in discussions and coordination meetings with client project teams,



consultants, and Project Management Consultants (PMC).
- Maintain effective coordination among clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure systematic management of project documentation, statutory approvals, technical submissions, and commissioning reports.
- Address stakeholder concerns and ensure timely resolution of project-related matters.

1. Leadership & Governance

- Lead, mentor, and develop project management and site execution teams to enhance their technical and operational capabilities.
- Establish clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability across project teams and sites.
- Implement structured project review mechanisms to monitor progress, performance, and execution quality.
- Maintain project MIS, dashboards, and periodic progress reports for management and clients.
- Ensure adherence to project governance, internal processes, safety standards, and quality requirements.

What we’re looking for: ● 15+ years of experience managing turnkey project execution (preferably in

MEP-heavy or kitchen/laundry/industrial environments).

● Strong understanding of design coordination, site management, logistics, and installation.

● Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

● Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills, with maturity to manage senior stakeholders.

● Collaborative mindset with high ownership and attention to detail

● Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
