Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Used Car Sales Manager role based in Porvorim. The role involves overseeing pre-owned vehicle sales operations, including managing the sales team, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance.

The Used Car Sales

Manager will handle customer interactions, ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction, and manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closure and delivery. Daily responsibilities include maintaining vehicle listings and display, coordinating with procurement for stock, preparing pricing and offers, and ensuring proper documentation and compliance. The role also requires tracking market trends, implementing sales strategies, training team members, and collaborating with other departments to support overall dealership performance.

- Candidates should possess robust Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales and Sales skills,



with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Sales Processes and a structured approach to managing the used car sales cycle.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Relevant experience in automotive sales or dealership operations, preferably in used car management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team, including performance monitoring and coaching.
- Comfort with basic computer applications, CRM tools, and reporting systems.
- Graduate degree or equivalent qualification in business, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
