:

We are looking for a Senior Tax Advisor who has at least 6 years of US tax return review experience.

Responsibilities

- Reviews medium to complex tax returns in various industries under the direction of the US Partner by providing timely, high-quality service.

- Prepares complex tax returns for individuals and S-corporations.

- The return mix is approximately 70% individuals (1040) and 30% S-corporations (1120S).

- Confirms workpapers are complete and support the positions taken on the return before sign-off.

- Resolves open items and technical questions raised by preparers, and escalates issues to the US team with a proposed solution.

- Provides technical assistance, tax planning support, and research on income tax issues.

- Coaches and develops preparers by explaining the reasoning behind review comments and identifying recurring errors.

- Tracks return status and turnaround so work is delivered on time and within budget.





- Stays abreast of any changes and ensures compliance with internal and external requirements and policies, including time entry.

Must-Have Requirements

- Minimum 6 years of US business tax return review experience (1040, 1120S) required.

- Excellent command of English, written and verbal.

Nice-to-Have Requirements

- Enrolled Agent (EA) certification is a plus.

- US CPA certification is a plus.

- India CA certification is a plus.

- Work Mode: Fully Remote (Candidates can be based anywhere in India).

- Office Timings (Non-Busy Season): 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST.

- Office Timings (Busy Season): 2:30 PM to 1:30 AM IST.
