Role Description The User Experience Designer intern will support the design and improvement of digital learning experiences across TTFA Academy’s online platforms and courses. This remote internship role involves conducting user research, translating insights into user journeys and wireframes, and collaborating with product, content, and engineering teams to refine interfaces. The intern will create and iterate on prototypes, contribute to visual design elements, and help ensure a consistent, accessible, and engaging user experience for learners.

Day-to-day tasks include participating in design reviews, documenting UX flows,



conducting usability feedback sessions, and implementing design updates based on data and stakeholder input.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess Design Thinking skills to frame user problems, explore solutions, and approach challenges with a user-centered mindset.
- Candidates should possess User Research skills to conduct interviews, surveys, and usability tests, and to synthesize findings into actionable insights.
- Candidates should possess User Experience (UX) skills to create user flows, wireframes, and interaction patterns that improve usability and engagement.
- Candidates should possess Visual Design skills to develop clean, modern interfaces that align with brand guidelines and support accessibility.
- Candidates should possess Prototyping skills to build low- and high-fidelity prototypes, iterate quickly, and validate concepts with stakeholders and users.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with common design tools (such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD), basic knowledge of responsive web design, and an understanding of accessibility standards.
- A background in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, along with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote workplace.
