US Staffing Specialist (IT & Healthcare)

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (Work from Office)

Shift: US Night Shift (EST Hours)

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday

Experience: 6 Months

Key Skills & Requirements:

- Experience in US IT or US Healthcare recruitment.
- Knowledge of candidate sourcing, screening and shortlisting.
- Familiarity with job portals and sourcing platforms such as Dice, Monster and CareerBuilder.
- Understanding of US staffing processes and hiring requirements.
- Good English communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
