US Payroll Manager with 5+ years of US Payroll work experience required in a US-based CPA firm at Dahisar (nearby station)

- Manage and supervise the payroll team, ensuring smooth and timely payroll operations
- Handle and resolve payroll related queries raised by associates and provide necessary guidance
- Oversee US payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in salary, taxes, benefits and deductions
- Drive current process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency, accuracy and turnaround time
- Monitor team performance, work allocation and daily payroll activities
- Ensure compliance with US payroll guidelines and maintain accuracy across payroll records




- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve escalations and ensure smooth payroll delivery
