We are looking for an experienced US Non-IT Bench Sales Recruiter with 3–8 years of experience in marketing and placing bench consultants in suitable non-IT opportunities across the United States. The candidate should have strong vendor relationships, excellent communication skills, and experience in consultant marketing, rate negotiation, and placement coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Market available bench consultants to US vendors and implementation partners.
- Identify and generate suitable non-IT job opportunities across the US market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and recruiters.
- Submit qualified consultant profiles for relevant job requirements.
- Negotiate pay rates and work on placement opportunities.




- Follow up on submissions, interviews, and client feedback.
- Maintain consultant resumes, skill sets, availability, and marketing reports.
- Coordinate with consultants and vendors throughout the placement process.
- Develop new vendor contacts and expand business opportunities.

Required Skills

- 3–8 years of experience in US Non-IT Bench Sales.
- Strong knowledge of US staffing and recruitment processes.
- Experience marketing bench consultants and securing placements.
- Established vendor and client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of US job portals and recruitment platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple consultants and job requirements.
- Willingness to work in US night shifts.
