- Prepare monthly finance packs, cash flow forecasts, and P&L; reports.
- Review monthly financial performance with clients.
- Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns.
- Assist with statutory accounts and year-end reporting.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing.
- Post journals, accruals, prepayments, and adjustments.
- Review and reconcile General Ledger accounts.
- Perform bank, balance sheet, and intercompany reconciliations.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Manage AP, AR, invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Prepare aged debtor and creditor reports.
- Resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and controls.
- Improve accounting processes and efficiency.
