Role Description The US IT Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Dindigul, responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for US-based technology positions. Day-to-day activities include sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating technical interviews with hiring managers.

The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including negotiating offers, facilitating onboarding, and maintaining accurate candidate records in recruitment systems.



The US IT Recruiter will collaborate closely with account managers and delivery teams to understand client requirements, align candidate profiles, and meet timelines. This position also requires staying current with market trends, maintaining talent pipelines, and ensuring an equitable, compliant hiring process.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes.
- Candidates should possess specialized IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting skills to effectively hire for technology roles.
- Candidates should possess demonstrated Hiring experience, including interviewing, evaluating, and selecting candidates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with US staffing practices, time zones, and work culture; prior experience with US IT recruitment is an advantage.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with attention to detail and adherence to ethical hiring standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent skilled experience.
