The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the US recruitment process and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, night-shift environment.Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end US IT recruitment for contract, C2C, W2, and full-time positions.Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals,



and other recruiting methods.Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and communication skills.Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.Ensure quick turnaround time and meet client SLAs.Maintain and update candidate information in ATS or internal trackers.Work closely with account managers and delivery teams to understand requirements.Required Skills & Qualifications2 years of experience in US IT recruitment.Strong understanding of US staffing terms (C2C, W2, 1099, Full-Time).Experience working with US clients and vendors.Positive communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently in a remote setup.Willingness to work in night shifts (US time zone).Preferred SkillsExperience in handling multiple requirements simultaneously.Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tracking tools.Strong follow-up and closure skills.
