? Shift: US Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced US IT Recruiter with hands-on experience in US IT and Non-IT recruitment.

? Key Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for US IT requirements (Developers, Data Engineers, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Cybersecurity, etc.).
- Handle W2, C2C, 1099, and Full-Time requirements.
- Manage Non-IT recruitment across Finance, HR, Operations, Healthcare, Sales, Marketing, and other functions.
- Conduct preliminary technical screenings and candidate assessments.
- Build strong candidate pipelines using job portals and Boolean search.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage the hiring process.




- Maintain candidate records and ensure compliance with US recruitment processes.

? Required Skills & Experience:

- Experience working with US staffing/recruitment firms.
- Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ZipRecruiter.
- Robust knowledge of Boolean search techniques.
- Experience with ATS/CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of the US labour market and recruitment practices.
