Role & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment for contract and full-time positions.

- Handle hiring requirements across ERP (SAP, Oracle), IT Infrastructure, Networking, and Cloud technologies.

- Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.

- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates based on technical expertise.

- Conduct initial screening, assess candidate suitability, and negotiate pay rates.

- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements.

- Coordinate interviews, follow up on feedback, and drive positions to closure.

- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely submissions.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 4+ years of hands-on US IT recruitment experience.

- Strong knowledge of US staffing practices and work authorization categories.

- Experience recruiting for ERP, Infrastructure, and Networking technologies.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor coordination skills.

- Ability to handle multiple requirements in a fast-paced workplace.

- Immediate joiners or candidates with a maximum 15-day notice period preferred.
