Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for US IT roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and direct clients.
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment from initial screening to offer extension, ensuring timely communication with candidates throughout the process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with qualified candidates who meet their needs.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications, and offers extended.
Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in US IT recruitment (C2C or W2).
- Solid understanding of ATS systems like ATs/CEIPAL/Monster/LinkedIn Recruiter/VMS.
- Experience working on H1B visa sponsorship processes.
