US Client Communication Manager | Karma Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Work From Office – Surat

Shift: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday fixed off)

Experience: [1–3] years

Qualification: Any Graduate (Finance field preferred)

CTC: As per experience and expectation, no bar for the right candidate

About the Role

You will be the voice and inbox our US clients trust. You will handle day-to-day client communication, keep requests moving between clients and our delivery teams, and make sure no email, call or follow-up is left hanging.

Key Responsibilities

- Review client emails, calls and chat messages and respond promptly and professionally within agreed turnaround times

- Pass client requests to the right delivery team, track them to completion and update the client

- Send timely reminders for pending documents, approvals and information

- Share regular status updates and written summaries after client calls

- Log every interaction, request and next step in the CRM or ticketing tool the same day

- Keep the client tracker updated with requests, status,



pending items and follow-up dates

- Set up client meetings and calls across US time zones

- Flag delays, complaints or at-risk clients early

Requirements

- 1–3 years in US or international client servicing, customer support or account coordination

- Explicit, confident spoken English and client-ready written English

- Comfortable with CRM or ticketing tools, email management and Excel

- Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail

- Graduate degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or a related field

Bonus: Experience with accounting, real estate or professional services clients; AppFolio, Yardi, QuickBooks, Xero; HubSpot, Zendesk or Freshdesk
