Role Overview

We are looking for professionals who can manage and market candidate profiles in the US job market, handle job applications, monitor employer responses, and coordinate interview opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and manage candidates' LinkedIn profiles professionally.
- Identify relevant job openings across US job portals.
- Apply for suitable positions on behalf of candidates with their authorization.
- Monitor application responses, recruiter messages, and interview requests.
- Respond to employer and recruiter communications.
- Schedule and coordinate interview calls with candidates.




- Follow up on submitted applications and maintain application records.
- Keep candidates updated on application progress and interview schedules.

Required Skills
- Knowledge of the US job market and recruitment process.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Valuable understanding of IT job roles and candidate profiles.
- Excellent follow-up and organizational abilities.

Preferred Experience
- US recruitment or staffing experience.
