: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives. The role involves assisting customers with their queries related to digital marketing tools, troubleshooting issues, and providing the best possible customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer queries through voice, chat, and other support channels.
- Write explicit, professional, and customer-friendly responses.
- Understand customer problems and provide logical solutions.
- Assist customers with technical issues related to digital marketing platforms.
- Use AI tools to find information and resolve queries efficiently.
- Handle multiple CRM tools and applications while assisting customers.
- Manage difficult customer situations with patience and professionalism.
- Stay updated with new tools, technologies, and digital marketing trends.

Preferred candidate profile: Minimum 2-3 years of International Voice or blended BPO experience is mandatory
