We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Unit Test - FTE IN IC3 Customer/Tech Training Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in unit testing and training, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on unit testing principles and practices.

- Conduct workshops and seminars to enhance the knowledge of participants.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.

- Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, handouts, and assessments.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.





- Provide coaching and mentoring to junior team members to improve their understanding of unit testing concepts.

Job Requirements

- Robust knowledge of unit testing principles, methodologies, and tools.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

- Experience in creating and delivering training programs, focusing on adult learning principles.
