Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Engineer with 8+ years of experience designing and buildingintuitive, scalable, and user-centered digital products. The ideal candidate combines strong UX designexpertise with front-end engineering skills to create seamless user experiences across web and mobileplatforms.

This role requires close collaboration with product owner, developers, business stakeholders, to transformcomplex requirements into elegant and engaging user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design

- Lead end-to-end UX design processes from discovery to delivery.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis.
- Create user journeys, personas, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Design responsive and accessible interfaces following industry standards.
- Establish and maintain design systems and UI component libraries.
- Ensure consistency across products and platforms.

Front-End Development
- Translate designs into high-quality, production-ready user interfaces.
- Develop responsive web applications using contemporary front-end technologies.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation quality.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and accessibility.
- Review code and provide technical guidance on UI architecture.

Collaboration & Leadership
- Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to define product vision.
- Facilitate design workshops and stakeholder reviews.
- Drive UX best practices and advocate for user-centered design culture.




- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and product planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Design Skills

- Strong expertise in user-centered design methodologies.

- 1. creating design systems and component libraries.

- 1. visual design, typography, color theory, and interaction design skills.

Technical Skills
- - Expert knowledge of:HTML5

- CSS3 / SCSS

- JavaScript (ES6+)

- TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with:React
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and modern front-end architecture.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).

Leadership Skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience leading design initiatives across multiple products.
- Ability to mentor and guide cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.
- Knowledge of design thinking methodologies.
- Experience in SaaS, FinTech, Enterprise products.
- Exposure to AI-powered product experiences and conversational interfaces.
