About the Role

Baytech Recovery is looking for a creative, self-driven, and technically proficient UI/UX Designer with strong knowledge of modern design technologies, Figma, AI-powered tools, and application testing.

The candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, visually appealing, and responsive user interfaces for websites, web applications, and software products. The role requires someone who can independently manage assigned tasks, take ownership of projects, collaborate closely with developers and top management, and contribute throughout the product development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Design modern, user-friendly, and responsive interfaces for websites, web applications, dashboards, and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, mockups, and design systems using Figma and other modern design tools.
- Utilize AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Uizard, and other emerging technologies to improve design creativity and workflow efficiency.
- Work closely with developers, QA teams, product teams, and top management to understand requirements and deliver design solutions.
- Independently manage assigned projects and take ownership from conceptualization and design to implementation and final delivery.
- Perform website and application testing, usability testing, and responsive design checks to identify UI inconsistencies, functionality issues, and user experience problems.
- Maintain proper documentation of design specifications, workflows, prototypes,



testing observations, bugs, and required improvements.
- Coordinate with developers to validate implemented designs, resolve identified issues, and maintain design quality.
- Provide regular progress updates, meet assigned deadlines, and proactively communicate challenges or dependencies.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design technologies, AI tools, and industry practices.

Candidate Criteria

- 2–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Figma, including components, auto-layout, design systems, and interactive prototyping.
- Good knowledge of modern UI/UX principles, responsive design, typography, color combinations, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing websites, dashboards, SaaS platforms, and web/mobile applications.
- Practical experience using AI tools for design, research, creative development, and workflow optimization.
- Good understanding of website testing, application testing, usability testing, and identifying design-related issues.
- Knowledge of documentation, design handoffs, and project/task management tools.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, React.js, and Next.js will be an added advantage.




- Strong creative thinking, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being an effective team player.
- Solid sense of responsibility, task ownership, attention to detail, and commitment to meeting deadlines.
- A relevant portfolio showcasing previous design projects is required.
