Position Summary

- Job Title: UAV Integration Engineer / Pilot
- Department: Engineering & Flight Operations
- Base Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Travel Requirements: Mandatory travel across India for field trials, client demonstrations, and project deployments
- Service Agreement: 2-Year Service Agreement

Role Overview This role combines hardware engineering, system integration, and active flight operations. You will be responsible for building, configuring, testing, and flying UAV platforms in both lab environments and real-world field conditions.

Key Responsibilities 1. Systems Integration & Hardware Engineering

- Assemble, calibrate, and integrate UAV sub-systems, including flight controllers, ESCs, motors, sensors, telemetry units, payloads, and IoT components.
- Perform bench testing, wiring harness fabrication, power distribution setup, and signal troubleshooting across hardware systems.
- Flash, configure, and tune flight control firmware (ArduPilot, PX4, Betaflight, etc.).

2. Flight Operations & Field Management

- Plan and execute manual and autonomous flight missions using Ground Control Station (GCS) software (Mission Planner, QGroundControl).
- Conduct mandatory pre-flight safety inspections, live telemetry monitoring,



and post-flight maintenance.
- Lead on-site flight trials, live project deployments, and client field demonstrations across various locations in India.

3. R&D; Support & Operational Safety

- Assist the core engineering team in testing prototype platforms, evaluating new sensors, and logging performance telemetry.
- Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for flight safety, maintenance schedules, and equipment logs.
- Diagnose operational failures and document hardware/software issues for continuous design improvements.

Eligibility Criteria & Key Skills Education

- Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, Robotics, Instrumentation, or related engineering disciplines.

Experience Level

- Open to both Freshers and Experienced Professionals .
- Candidates with practical, hands-on experience in building, tuning, or piloting drones will be given strong preference.

Technical & Personal Skills

- Solid foundational knowledge of electronics, circuit diagnostics, and IoT hardware integration.
- Hands-on familiarity with GCS software, radio transmitters, telemetry links, and multirotor/fixed-wing architectures.
- Sharp technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High adaptability to travel and manage field operations under dynamic environmental conditions.
