Job Title: Travel Sales Executive

We are looking for a sales oriented candidate with experience in the travel industry. The candidate should be comfortable understanding customer requirements, preparing travel quotations and converting enquiries into bookings

.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer enquiries for domestic and international holidays.
- Understand clients travel requirements and suggest suitable packages and itineraries.
- Prepare quotations and travel proposals.
- Follow up with clients and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, DMCs and other travel partners.
- Maintain client details, enquiry records and follow-up updates.
- Prepare presentations and proposals using MS PowerPoint.
- Use MS Excel for basic data management.
- Provide professional support to clients before and during their travel.

Candidate Requirements:





- Previous experience in the travel or tourism industry is preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of travel packages, destinations and tour planning.
- Ability to prepare accurate quotations and itineraries.
- Good communication, sales and customer-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office applications.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail and willingness to achieve sales targets.
- Graduate candidates with relevant travel-industry experience may apply.
