Travel Desk Executive – Hospital | Koramangala

Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru

Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Days: Monday – Saturday (Sunday Off)

We are hiring an experienced Travel Desk Executive to be stationed at a hospital in Koramangala. The role involves handling complete travel coordination for doctors, patients, and staff.

Responsibilities:

- Book flights, trains, and bus tickets
- Arrange hotel accommodations
- Coordinate cab pick-up, drop, and local transfers
- Manage emergency and last-minute bookings
- Handle cancellations, amendments, and refunds
- Coordinate with vendors and hospital administration

Requirements:

- 1–3 years experience in ticketing & travel coordination
- Knowledge of flight portals, IRCTC, hotel & cab bookings
- Ability to handle urgent travel requests calmly
- Valuable communication & basic computer skills
- Must be based in or around Koramangala or should be ok to travel everyday
- 1 month paid training in HBR layout

Salary: As per experience

Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
