Travel Consultant

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Travel Consultant with experience in international travel planning, itinerary creation, and holiday package coordination. The candidate will manage end-to-end travel planning, from understanding customer requirements to booking confirmation and post-booking support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand customer travel requirements, budgets and preferences.

- Create day-wise international travel itineraries.

- Recommend destinations, hotels, flights, activities and experiences.

- Coordinate with DMCs and travel partners for quotations and bookings.

- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and drive booking conversions.

- Manage end-to-end bookings and ensure timely confirmations.

- Assist with visa, passport, forex, insurance and travel requirements.





- Handle customer queries, itinerary changes and booking issues.

- Use AI tools to improve research and itinerary planning efficiency.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

- 1–2 years of experience in international travel planning, travel agencies or DMCs.

- Knowledge of international destinations and holiday packages.

- Experience in itinerary building, travel costing and supplier coordination.

- Positive English communication skills (verbal and written).

- Strong customer handling, coordination and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple bookings and work independently.
