Job Responsibilities: Handle customer enquiries regarding domestic tour packages and travel services. Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable packages. Explain tour itineraries, pricing, inclusions and exclusions.

Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into bookings. Coordinate with customers regarding bookings, payments and travel details. Maintain customer records and follow-up updates. Provide excellent customer service before and during the booking process.

Requirements: Valuable communication and customer-handling skills. Basic knowledge of travel and tourism. Good convincing and sales skills. Basic computer knowledge. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Passion for travelling and willingness to learn.
