Role: Travel Consultant - Blended Process

Salary: Up to 35K CTC

Eligibility & Requirements

Graduates Only

Minimum 6Months of experience in Corporate Travel/Travel Process

Hardcore GDS experience is mandatory

Candidates must have hands-on experience in:

- Refunds
- Reissues
- Ticket Exchanges
- MCO (Miscellaneous Charge Order)
- Ticket Cancellations

Excellent communication skills are mandatory

Job Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end travel booking and ticketing activities.
- Process refunds, reissues, exchanges, cancellations, and MCOs independently.
- Utilize GDS systems for reservations and ticketing.




- Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring accuracy and compliance with travel policies.

Significant Note

Candidates must have hands-on GDS ticketing experience and should have personally processed refunds, reissues, exchanges, MCOs, and cancellations. Candidates who have only handled customer queries through CRM without performing ticketing functions can be considered.
