Position: Trainers – 3 Specialisations

Location: South Delhi, New Delhi

Work Mode: Onsite (Work from Office)

Experience: 2–5 Years

Specialisations:

1. Soft Skills & Communication Trainer
2. Social & Emotional Learning / Emotional Intelligence Trainer
3. Corporate Trainer

- Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops and learning activities.
- Facilitate interactive discussions and practical exercises.
- Evaluate learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Customise training methods according to audience requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve training content and effectiveness.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in training, facilitation, coaching or L&D.;
- Expertise in at least ONE of the three specialisations.
- Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
- Solid interpersonal skills and understanding of adult learning methodologies.
- Qualifications or certifications in Psychology, Education, HR, Management or Communication will be an advantage.
