1. Soft Skills & Communication Trainer

- Communication, public speaking and presentation skills

2. Social & Emotional Learning / Emotional Intelligence Trainer

- Emotional intelligence and self-awareness
- Emotional regulation, empathy and resilience
- Conflict management and behavioural development

3. Corporate Trainer

- Corporate communication and workplace effectiveness
- Team building, collaboration and conflict resolution
- Leadership, people management and professional development

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct interactive training sessions, workshops and learning interventions.
- Facilitate practical activities, discussions and exercises.




- Evaluate learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Adapt training approaches according to audience requirements.
- Contribute to improving training content and programme effectiveness.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of relevant training, facilitation, coaching or L&D; experience.
- Expertise in at least ONE of the three specialisations.
- Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
- Solid interpersonal skills and understanding of adult learning methodologies.
- Qualifications in Psychology, Education, HR, Management, Communication or related fields will be an advantage.
