Role & responsibilities

- Handle customer queries related to Trade Finance products (LC, BG, Inward, Outward, Collection Bills, Export/Import Finance).

- Monitoring day-to-day Trade Finance transactions and Closing end of day

- Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer requests.

- Manage customer communication through email and calls.

- Ensure service quality, TAT adherence, and customer satisfaction.

- Handle escalations and maintain robust customer relationships.

Maintain customer relationship and service quality standards

Preferred candidate profile

- 2-5 years of Trade Finance experience.

- Good customer handling and communication skills.

- Strong Knowledge of LC, BG, Inward/Outward, Collection, and Trade Finance operations.

- Ability to manage customer queries and escalations effectively.
