Job Responsibilities

- Handle domestic and international flight ticket bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
- Search, compare, and provide competitive airfares through various airline portals and GDS platforms.
- Prepare and share flight quotations based on customer requirements.
- Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and travel partners for ticketing-related matters.
- Ensure accuracy of passenger names, travel dates, routes, baggage allowances, and other booking details.
- Handle customer queries regarding flight schedules, fare rules, baggage policies, and ticket conditions.
- Manage ticket amendments, refund requests, and booking follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth customer service.
- Maintain proper records of bookings, payments, cancellations, and refunds.
- Ensure timely ticket issuance and provide booking confirmations to customers.
- Stay updated with airline policies, fare changes, and travel regulations.
- Perform other ticketing-related duties assigned by management.

Key Requirements
- Previous experience in domestic and international air ticketing preferred.
- Knowledge of GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo,



or Sabre is an advantage.
- Familiarity with airline booking portals and ticketing procedures.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Valuable coordination and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a travel agency or tour and travel company.
- Knowledge of international fare rules, refunds, reissuance, and ticketing procedures.
- GDS certification or relevant ticketing training is an added advantage.

Key Objective To ensure accurate, timely, and efficient handling of all domestic and international flight ticketing operations while delivering excellent customer service.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
