Job Overview

Vasal Education is looking for qualified, passionate, and dedicated Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT) across all subjects to join its academic team. The ideal candidates should have strong subject knowledge, effective classroom management skills, and the ability to create an engaging and student-centric learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the prescribed curriculum.
- Develop effective lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets, and assessments.
- Ensure conceptual clarity and academic excellence among students.
- Maintain discipline and manage classroom activities effectively.
- Assess students' academic progress through regular tests, assignments, and evaluations.
- Identify individual learning needs and provide additional academic support where required.
- Integrate innovative teaching methodologies and technology into classroom instruction.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments,



and student performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues, coordinators, and school management to achieve academic objectives.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' progress and development.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate/Postgraduate in the relevant subject from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- Strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills.
- Good classroom management and student-handling abilities.
- Relevant teaching experience in a reputed school will be preferred.
- Familiarity with up-to-date teaching methodologies and educational technology.
