We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Civil Construction Supervisor to manage on-site civil works for our Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) and steel structure projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Civil Foundations & PEB Interface

- Supervise setting out, layout, earthwork excavation, PCC, RCC footings, pedestal casting, and ground beams.
- Ensure accurate embedding, alignment, and leveling of Anchor Bolts/Holding Down Bolts prior to and during concrete pours to guarantee seamless steel structure erection.
- Check base plate elevation levels, alignment, and perform/supervise column pedestal grouting.

2. Finishing & Architectural Works

- Oversee masonry work (brickwork/AAC blockwork), lintels, and coping beams around steel column networks.
- Inspect surface preparation, plastering, wall putty application, and external/internal painting works.
- Manage flooring execution (industrial VDF flooring, trimix flooring, tile work, or anti-dust coating depending on project scope).
- Coordinate peripheral civil tasks including plinth protection, drainage, site paving, and boundary/compound walls.

3. Site Supervision & Quality Control

- Conduct daily inspections of raw materials (cement, aggregates, steel rebar, bricks, paints) to match approved specifications.
- Check shuttering, reinforcement tying, concrete slump testing, and shuttering removal timings.
- Enforce proper curing periods for concrete, masonry, and plastering works.
- Identify execution defects or discrepancies against structural drawings early and initiate prompt corrective action.

4. Worksite Logistics & Labor Management

- Manage daily manpower allocations (contractors,



skilled masons, unskilled labor) to ensure project timelines are met.
- Monitor daily material consumption and coordinate timely material requisitions with the procurement team to eliminate site downtime.
- Maintain strict adherence to site safety protocols (PPE usage, scaffolding safety, clean work setting).

5. Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), site measurement books, and material consumption logs.
- Coordinate effectively with site engineers, PEB erection teams, sub-contractors, and clients/consultants.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS

- Education: Diploma or B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering (Diploma preferred for hands-on site focus).
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven field experience in civil construction and finishing works (experience on PEB, steel industrial sheds, or commercial warehouse projects is a strong advantage).

Technical Skills:

- Strong ability to read and interpret civil, structural, and architectural drawings.
- Practical understanding of concrete mix ratios, leveling instruments (auto level), center-line marking, and steel rebar details.
- Good knowledge of construction finishing methods, material ratios, and curing techniques.

Soft Skills:

- Strong leadership, communication, and labor management abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, energetic field presence.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, WhatsApp reporting, daily photo logs).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
