*Job Summary*

* We are looking for an experienced IT Admin Executive to manage IT infrastructure, provide L2 technical support, and ensure secure and smooth IT operations in a quick-paced EdTech environment.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Manage Sophos XGS 300 firewalls, HPE Aruba access points, and Sophos/Cisco-Meraki security consoles.

* Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows/macOS systems, laptops, mobile devices, and network connectivity issues.

* Administer Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Azure, Dropbox, Slack, and other SaaS applications.

* Manage Active Directory, user accounts, access permissions, backups, security patches, and system updates.

* Monitor network infrastructure, including leased lines, Wi-Fi, and WAN,



to ensure uninterrupted connectivity.

* Maintain IT asset inventories, software licenses, fixed asset registers, and audit documentation.

* Coordinate with vendors for repairs, AMC services, and technical escalations.

* Implement IT policies, security protocols, and compliance best practices.

* Required Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

* 2–4 years of experience in IT administration or technical support.

* Hands-on experience with firewalls, networking, endpoint security, and cloud platforms.

* Strong troubleshooting, communication, analytical, and vendor management skills.
