Role: Assistant Production Supervisor

Location: Thoothukudi Main Road, Tuticorin, Tamil Nadu 628008

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering / Civil Engineering / EEE Engineering or relevant technical qualification

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Salary: ₹15,000-₹25,000

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Production Manager in daily production activities.

- Supervise and coordinate workers on the production floor.

- Allocate work to workers and monitor task completion.

- Ensure production targets and schedules are met.

- Monitor product quality and maintain workmanship standards.

- Coordinate with fitting, fabrication, and other production teams.

- Ensure proper usage of tools, equipment, and materials.





- Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow safety procedures.

- Report production progress and issues to the Production Manager.

Key Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.

- Positive communication and team coordination skills.

- Ability to supervise workers and manage daily activities.

- Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.

- Candidates with automobile or manufacturing experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
