Role Overview We are looking for an L1 IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to end users, troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application-related issues, and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations. Key Responsibilities Provide L1 technical support for desktops, laptops, applications, and network-related issues. Troubleshoot Windows OS, login, and system performance issues. Provide basic network support, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, IP, DNS, and connectivity issues. Troubleshoot application access, installation, configuration, and performance issues. Provide support for Outlook, email, Active Directory, and shared drives. Troubleshoot printers and other IT peripherals. Monitor and resolve basic network and application incidents. Log, track, and resolve IT incidents and service requests. Assist users with application access and password-related issues. Escalate complex technical issues to L2/L3 teams. Provide timely technical support to end users and VIP users. Required Skills Basic knowledge of Windows OS and desktop troubleshooting. Understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).



Knowledge of Active Directory, Outlook, and shared drives. Basic knowledge of application support and troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral troubleshooting. Understanding of network connectivity and application-related issues. Valuable communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle user queries and incidents within defined timelines. Preferred Qualifications Experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / Desktop Support. Exposure to network and application support. CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications. Basic knowledge of enterprise IT infrastructure.

Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month
