Job Overview

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

 Analyzing the procedures, processes, and activities related to department and carrying out of monthly and quarterly monthly departmental audits

 Responsible for risk management

 Provide value-added advice and support to business partners on the creation or modification of policies, procedures, processes, products or services to ensure an appropriate level of internal control and compliance is maintained.

 Participate in opening meetings with concern department to explain the scope and objectives of the audit engagement and provide an overview of all steps in the audit process, as well as conducting closure meetings to understand Gap and scope of improvement

 Participate in External Audits which can be client related and/or company certification audits as and when required

 Perform audit tests and prepare working papers in accordance with ISO 9001:2015

 Being a part of audit/compliance check as and when company participates in any external award/ events.

 Develop a thorough understanding of business processes in scope for assigned audits and document the processes in flowcharts and/or process narratives.



Identify and document inherent risks and controls within the business processes

 Develop a risk based test plan by selecting appropriate audit approach, test procedures and sampling criteria based on professional judgment and departmentally defined internal audit methodology.

 Propose practical and value added recommendations to address control weaknesses and/or process inefficiencies

 Assist in the preparation of a concise and informative audit report to effectively communicate the findings and recommendations to the branch/department and senior management

 Monthly report submission to Senior Management

 Creating, Drafting as well as updating new and existing policies as and when required Manage data within departmental programs and databases

 Assessing Client requirement and ensuring smooth execution

 Setting SOP’s for each department and check for any deviation

 Drafting QA policies & procedures for each department

 Analyze data to identify areas of improvement

 Submitting analyzed reports on periodic basis

 Participating in Training and Skills Up-gradation

Working Details

- Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Saturday: 1st & 3rd Saturday Half Day, 2nd & 4th Saturday Weekly Off
- Sunday: Weekly Off
- Location: Kandivali East, Mumbai

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
