Your work

- Manage the end-to-end collateral lifecycle, including security validation, servicing, maintenance, amendments, and release activities.
- Review collateral documentation and process requests from Relationship Managers (RMs) and Legal teams.
- Maintain and update collateral records, including insurance, valuation, and security-related information.
- Ensure appropriate approvals, checks,



and controls are in place before processing security releases.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies while ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and risk standards.

Key skills required:

- Experience in commercial/retail banking, credit, lending, and collateral management.
- Knowledge of security validation, servicing, release, and collateral documentation.
- Strong attention to detail, risk awareness, and control mindset.
- Effective stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requests accurately within tight timelines.

- MBA (Finance) / B.Com / M.Com or equivalent
- 1–5 years of experience in lending operations, credit administration, or banking middle office
- Experience in collateral management, loan processing, or credit support preferred.”
