Job Description :

We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Senior Manager – Finance to lead the company's financial operations, strategic planning, financial controls, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete finance function, ensuring financial accuracy, improving cash flow, controlling costs, and providing meaningful financial insights to support business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage overall finance and accounting operations.
- Handle budgeting, financial planning, and cash flow management.
- Monitor company expenses, profitability, and cost control.
- Prepare monthly MIS, P&L;, and financial reports.
- Ensure GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.




- Oversee vendor payments and customer outstanding collections.
- Manage audits, banking activities, and financial reconciliations.
- Establish internal financial controls and accounting procedures.
- Lead the accounts team and ensure timely reporting.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.

Expected Candidate Profile :

- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Expertise in MIS reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and ERP systems.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to independently manage the finance department.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
